Getting To Know You

There are many reasons why it's important to get to know the people around you. 

• We get to learn more about each other
• The people around us challenge us to want to become a better person
• They become good resources (we can count on them)
• Share ideas/strategies
• They listen to what we have to say
• Motivation
• Getting along with your classmates is better than having zero connection with them
• Help us understand things we don't quite understand

Today's experience helped us communicate with everyone in the class, which we wouldn't normally do. This got us to get up and move around the classroom. Since we had to walk around and look for someone who we thought 'the fact' belonged to, we actually got to learn something about that person.
