  • Transmitter sends the message to get feedback from the receiver
  • The medium is what is standing between you and the thing you are trying to send (accomplish)
  • Watching television doesn't give you feedback
  • Media - channel of communication
  • Don't consider the impact of the receiver
  • It's not always a good idea to say or send everything through social media (the internet) because there are some things that are better to say to someone in person, like important things
  • Medium - +-5%
  • The medium influences the way the message is sent and received
  • Spelling and grammar matters
  • Channel of communication that is used
